Rovuno (https://rovuno.co.uk) is courtesy fleet software for UK workshops. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.
Who we are
The controller for account and billing data is Rovuno. For customer details you enter while hiring cars (names, licences, photos, signatures), you (the workshop) are the controller and Rovuno is your processor.
What we collect
- Account email, workshop name, and login data
- Billing details via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
- Fleet and hire records you create (cars, customers, photos, signatures, notes)
- Basic device and usage logs needed to keep the service secure
Why we use it
To provide the product, bill subscriptions, send transactional email (receipts, hire copies, password reset), and improve reliability and security.
Sharing
We use processors such as Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), and email delivery. We do not sell personal data. Law enforcement requests are handled only where legally required.
Retention
We keep account data while your workshop is active. You can delete your workshop from Billing (owners only), which removes fleet and hire data we hold for that organisation. You should only keep customer licence data as long as you need it for fines and claims.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data we hold as controller. Contact [email protected].
Children
Rovuno is for business use by workshops. It is not directed at children under 16.
