By creating a Rovuno account or starting a trial you agree to these terms. If you use Rovuno for a workshop, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
The service
Rovuno helps workshops manage courtesy / hire fleets (cars, collections, returns, photos, bookings). Features may change as we improve the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Accounts and trials
Keep login details secure. Trials last 7 days unless stated otherwise. After a trial, paid plans bill per car as shown at checkout (excluding VAT unless stated). You can cancel in Billing / Stripe.
Your responsibilities
- Enter accurate fleet and customer information
- Comply with data protection law for customer and licence data you store
- Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access
- Obtain any consents needed for photos and signatures from your customers
Customer hire terms
Hire agreements shown to drivers are between your workshop and the customer. Rovuno only records what you capture. You remain responsible for insurance, licensing, and liability for vehicles you hire out.
Fees
Subscription fees are charged by Stripe. Failed payments may suspend access. Optional hardware (e.g. GPS trackers) is sold separately under the terms given at purchase.
Intellectual property
Rovuno software, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You keep ownership of data you upload. You grant us a licence to host and process that data to run the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, fines issued to your customers, or vehicle-related claims. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Ending the service
You may delete your workshop from Billing (owner). We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms or for non-payment. On deletion we remove organisation data as described in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
